Does Oasis Lawns & Gardens provide casual as well as regular services?

Yes, we perform one off jobs as well as regular visits.

Can Oasis provide quotes over the phone or is it necessary to inspect the site?

For mowing jobs we can provide a quotation over the phone based on a few questions regarding the size of the area, the general condition of the area such as if lawn is overgrown, if there exists any obstructions, excessive debris, or rocks & stones. The quote may vary upon attendance at the property if the conditions differ dramatically from what was described over the phone.

Do you have an indicative pricing guide for Lawns?

Yes. For lawns which are not overgrown: Domestic blocks – Front & Back lawns $50-$60 depending on the condition. Larger blocks and Ride-on jobs require a site visit in order to give you accurate pricing guidance.

Does Oasis handle larger jobs such as acreage & large hedging jobs?

Yes, we have the manpower and the equipment to manage large-to-very large jobs. Please contact us for an on-site appraisal & quotation.

For rubbish removal are there restrictions on what you will remove and are tip fees included in your quote?

We will remove green waste and household waste, we do not remove industrial or builder’s waste. Our quote will include tip fees, however if you have tip vouchers please let us know when you call for a quote and we will apply your vouchers for you.

If I am unhappy with your work at any point do you have a process to deal with complaints?

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work we want to know about it so that we have the opportunity to rectify the issue where it is reasonably justified.
